INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup ground walnuts (or almonds or pecans)
1 cup ground rolled oats
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
pinch of sea salt
2/3 cup brown rice syrup
2 tablespoons corn oil
5 ounces of jam (most jam comes in a ten ounce container. Use that and make
twice as many cookies, i.e., double everything)
1/2 teaspoon almond extract (add an extra half-teaspoon for a more almondy
flavor.)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
and
a blender with a strong motor for grinding nuts and oats
