My apologies for those who find themselves attached to the metric system. Here are the dry ingredients:
2 cups pastry flour
2 cups unbleached white flour
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/2 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup hazelnuts
2 teaspoons anise seeds.
In the photo below, the nuts are the round, brown things on the left.
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together all of the dry ingredients and set
them aside.
